CONGRATULATIONS

One Steel Whyalla in partnership with Regional Development Australia Whyalla and Eyre Peninsula through the South Australia Works Network and TAFESA are committed to supporting job seekers & students succeed in their chosen career path. As a part of the 2011 Whyalla Career and Skills Fair eligible job seekers & year 10, 11 & 12 students were invited to submit an entry for a one off Education and Training Scholarship.

We are pleased to advise that;

Kane Philip has won the Job seeker $500 Education & Training Scholarship, Kane is registered with Complete Personnel as a stream 3 job seeker, he wrote in his application that he is currently studying Certificate 4 in Small business Management and one day would like to start his own small business.

Aiden Tonks has won the year 10, 11 & 12 $500 Education & Training Scholarship, Aiden is attending Whyalla High School as a year 10 student, he wrote in his application that he wants to be an Electrician or Diesel Mechanic.

Both applicants were presented with a certificate and cheque on 17th May 2011 at the Whyalla RDA Office at 10am.
